Returns Policy

Should you wish to return an item, please e-mail Neil Fleming (flemingn@ihug.co.nz), giving a description of the fault with the item. You will be advised on how to return it.

Personal Profiles. These are sent in both WORD and .pdf formats. If you have problems receiving your VARK Personal Profile please contact us. We can arrange to send it in other ways - viz: to another email address (a friend or colleague), as a postal item to an address you supply for us or, we can place it on a web page for you to download. Our policy is not to refund on Personal Profiles merely because they do not meet your expectations or they are "not received". Instead we will find a way to deliver.

Vark-learn.com accepts returns under the following conditions:

• Books damaged in the post or with pages missing or illegible will be replaced at no cost to the original purchaser.
• Faulty Software - If you have problems loading software please contact us. We can arrange for the appropriate technical support to contact you. If the product is deemed faulty we will happily refund in full or replace the item.
