Returns Policy

Should you wish to return an item, please e-mail Neil Fleming (flemingn@ihug.co.nz), giving a description of the fault with the item. You will be advised on how to return it.

Personal Profiles.

These are sent to your computer immediately after you make payment. They are sent as PDF files. If you have problems receiving your VARK Personal Profile please contact us. We can arrange to send it in other ways - viz.:

• to another email address (a friend or colleague),
• as a postal item to an address you supply for us,
• we can place it on a web page for you to download.

Our policy is not to refund on Personal Profiles merely because they do not meet your expectations or they are "not received". Instead we will find a way to deliver.

Vark Learn Ltd accepts returns under the following conditions:

• Books damaged in the post or with pages missing or illegible will be replaced at no cost to the original purchaser.
