Publishers
We receive a number of requests to use our VARK copyright materials in publications. The formats of those requests vary. We prefer to use our standard format for such requests and this can be found here:
Please do not waste our time by requests such as this:
May I have your permission to reproduce the requested material throughout the world in all versions of this work, including future editions, and derivative works based thereon (including translations and adaptations) in print, digital, wireless or electronic format and for use in promotional material in any and all media?
We will process your request promptly and return it with an invoice. Payment is to be made in advance of permission. Final permission will follow by email.
Copyright requirements:
- Any permission given is for one edition only and is limited to one country.
- This request does not cover permission for e-books, e-formats, other electronic and online media, teachersí manuals, student editions or any accompanying documents, brochures or books that use or refer to our VARK copyright materials.
- Permission may be given for these but they should be submitted separately by email indicating the distribution methods, the methods for protection of our copyright and the estimated number of such "sales".
- A copy of the pages that use the VARK copyright materials is to be supplied as soon as possible after sending the form.
- Publications are to use this acknowledgment:

- A copy of the book must be supplied to us within one month of publication.
