By subscribing to VARK, you will be able to collect and view the VARK results for your group, team or class... Subscribing to VARK makes collecting your VARK results very easy as there is no software to install - you just subscribe, and then direct your clients to a website address that we provide. And you can access their results as soon as they have filled in the questionnaire.
When you subscribe as an institution, you can make the VARK questionnaire available for use by an unlimited number people at your organization or among your clients, and the questionnaire can be used for an unlimited number of groups and individuals at one time. Offer it as an extra service for your clients.
Your subscription will give your clients access to the VARK questionnaire and helpsheets. It will give you access to an administration menu, from which you can add other managers to your subscription, and customise some of the content of the introduction to the website. It will also give managers at your institution access to a manager menu, from which they can view and clear the VARK results stored for their groups. When viewing the results for each group, managers will see charts summarising the group results, as well as a detailed table of the options chosen by each person for each question, and listing each person's final result. They can download the results to analyse further in Excel (or similar) if they wish.
You can use your subscription with an unlimited number of managers and an unlimited number of groups at any one time. Your subscription will be valid for six months from the date it is set up, and can be renewed every six months.

An online demonstration is available. All features of the institution subscription can be used in the the demonstration version, with the exception of the content customisation feature. In a institution subscription, this would allow you to add textual content to the individual home page, and to the top of the questionnaire page, and would allow you to change the "Client ID" and "Group" labels on the questionnaire page to something else (such as "Name" and "Class").
Please note that data will be periodically cleared from the demonstration site without warning. In addition, any data that you enter will be available to and could be deleted by other users of the demonstration site. So while we encourage you to try out all the features of the demonstration site, you should not use it with a real set.
When you subscribe to VARK, you will be given two web addresses: one for students/clients to use when filling in the questionnaire, and the other for you and other appointed staff to use when viewing results. You will be set up with one administrator account and when you log in using this account, you will be able to create staff accounts for group managers/teachers within your organisation.
When using the demonstration, you will need to log in as an administrator, as a teacher or manager, and as a studentor client, in order to get an idea about how the subscription appears.
