Enter the V, A, R, and K scores for each member of your training group, your clients, your team or your class, and this spreadsheet will provide the learning preference category for each one. The VARK Spreadsheet is useful for finding the VARK prefrences of a group that has used paper copies of the questionnaire.
The VARK scoring calculation is not simple to complete manually, so after getting your group to fill in the questionnaire, you can enter each person's options or total each person's V, A, R and K scores and enter these into the spreadsheet, and see their resulting VARK preference. You can provide the results back to each person, and take the range of preferences found in the group into account in your future interaction with them. There are two spreadsheets. One is for Research use and the other is our Standard spreadsheet, as used online. There is more about the relative merits of each spreadsheet on the Using VARK page.
