Where an organisation other than a school, college or university wants to use the VARK copyright materials in a more substantial way e.g. as part of their business services to their clinetsor for developing training programs within, or outside the organization they should apply for a VARK Lifetime Licence. You can apply for a VARK Lifetime Licence ($650.00 NZ) on the permission form.
We expect that those who use VARK will know of the definitions used. VARK appears to be straightforward but it has some special features of its own design that need trained knowledge. These apply especially to the Visual and Kinesthetic modes. The VARK books and VARK training workshops are designed to facilitate its use.
We rely on the honesty of bona fide trainers but we reserve the right to query any purchaser about their use of VARK and to cancel any Licence where that may be necessary.
