Publisher Permission Request Form

This form is to be completed by:

  • any publisher wishing to include copyright VARK materials in a publication.

We will process your request promptly and return it with an invoice. Payment is to be made in advance of permission. Final permission will follow by email.

  • Requests for e-book permisssion may be made separately (use email flemingn@ihug.co.nz) and will need a description of the protection of copyright and an estimate of the number of sales.
