Copyright Permission Form

This form is to be completed by:

any training agencies or businesses, individual trainers, government or state organizations that plan to use any VARK materials in either paper or electronic format, or
those who plan to use the VARK materials for teacher or student development or research.

in a High School, College or University

You must agree to acknowledge the source.
There is no charge for this.
A formal statement of permission will be emailed or faxed to you within two to three days.

as a training agency, individual trainer, Government or State organization, or business.

Request permission well before the training event.
Build the VARK copyright fee into your training fees or budget.
At the completion of the training notify us of the number of trainees using the VARK copyright materials.
An invoice will be sent for $US1 (or equivalent) per trainee.
Extra training materials and data may be provided by the VARK designers to assist with your training. Please be specific.

Note: Bona fide trainers who plan to use VARK frequently, may apply by email for a Lifetime License to use VARK copyright materials. See also the Purchase Form.
