Copyright Permission Form

This form is to be completed by:

any training agencies or businesses, individual trainers, government or state organizations that plan to use any VARK materials in either paper or electronic format, HR professionals, consultants, or
those who plan to use the VARK materials for teacher or student development or research.

You must agree to acknowledge the source.
There is no charge for this.
A formal statement of permission will be emailed to you within two to three days.

as a training agency, individual trainer, Government or State organization, HR professional, consultant, or business.

Request permission well before the training event.
Build the VARK copyright fee into your training fees or budget.
Purchase a VARK Business Membership or make a case for a special rate to cover the numbers of clients and the period of time during which you will be using VARK.
Extra training materials and data may be provided by the VARK designers to assist with your training. Please be specific.
A formal statement of permission will be emailed to you within two to three days.
